However, an SEO expert needs as much or more scientific temperament also. Computer programming is an accurate and exacting science. Mastering the computer languages necessary for web hosting, understanding search engine algorithms, link building, market analysis, and stat tracking, are all SEO aspects that need scientific knowledge.
Nowadays more and more people are making internet searches through mobile phones. As such, websites have to be optimized for mobile applications as well. This makes it mandatory for an SEO expert to have familiarity with the science of electronic applications also. It is not sufficient for him to just have the scientific knowledge pertaining to the field. He should also be able to continuously update on the knowledge because mobile technology is developing at incredible speed. So, an SEO expert must have both artistic and scientific temperaments. In other words, he is a combination of an artist and a scientist, and as such a cut above both.
